Biography
Stuart is a seasoned professional in the security industry, with nearly 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he developed a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the industry, which led to him establishing his own security company in 2013. Dissatisfied with certain aspects of his previous roles, he decided to create a company that championed teamwork, professionalism and outstanding service.
Under Stuart’s leadership, the company has become a recognised provider for several global brands. His strategy has focused on building solid foundations for sustainable growth. Central to his approach, is fostering team loyalty and cohesion, which he sees as critical for both motivation and staff retention. To achieve this, Stuart introduced a training program to enhance the skills of existing employees, and he actively promotes internal talent to expand his core management team.
Known for his strong work ethic, integrity, and proactive approach, Stuart remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of his company. He often works on-site, providing guidance and support to his team, reflecting his belief in leading by example. Biography
Lauren began her career in 2010 after graduating from university, joining a large utilities company through a highly competitive graduate management scheme. Her potential was quickly recognised, and she was placed on a fast-track management program. This afforded her the opportunity gather experience in multiple operational roles, whilst earning rapid promotions for exceptional performance.
Her strength primarily lies in operational delivery, as demonstrated by her successful leadership of a department with 48 employees. Lauren was instrumental in initiating several performance improvement projects, such as designing and implementing a knowledge reporting system which significantly enhanced departmental efficiency and productivity.
In 2019, Lauren joined PSG, bolstering our management team with extensive corporate and management experience. She has since been pivotal in strengthening the organisation’s governance and compliance.
Lauren’s qualifications include a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management, and a NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety, which underscore her credibility and expertise in managing complex projects and maintaining high standards of workplace safety.

Biography
Asim has been an integral part of PSG since 2007, steadily advancing through the organisation to become the Operations Director in 2015. With his extensive experience and operational expertise, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the company’s programs ensuring excellence in execution whilst maintaining high standards.
In addition to looking after several of our flagship events, Asim plays a pivotal role working with our head of audits & compliance, managing critical accreditation and compliance processes, such as the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and ISO audits; upholding the company’s commitment to quality and industry standards.
Further adding to his core responsibilities, Asim is an outstanding mentor to our Operations Managers, helping them develop in key areas such as: planning and resource allocation, implementing Health & Safety protocols, managing recruitment and vetting processes, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Asim’s leadership and expertise are vital to the operational success and continuous improvement of the company.

Sajid Iqbal is an accomplished Partner & Client Relations Director with over 15 years of experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, whilst driving customer satisfaction. With a proven ability to manage client expectations, resolve complex issues, and lead cross-functional teams, his contribution has been instrumental to our successful expansion in the UAE.
He has vast experience in close protection and has worked with high-profile British media stars, ensuring their safety and operational efficiency. Additionally, Sajid has contributed to critical IT projects for the Ministry of Defence (MoD), leveraging his expertise to support national security initiatives.
His strategic approach to client engagement, coupled with a deep understanding of stakeholder management, has consistently led to increased revenue, long-term partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Biography
Mike began his career in 1987 as a security door supervisor, and he has firsthand experience of the industry’s evolution since, including the introduction of various legislative changes. Initially trained as an engineer, he held leadership positions as a Quality Manager, and Production Manager within engineering, before fully transitioning to the security sector.
In his current role, Mike focuses on compliance, ensuring we retain our ACS Accreditation, and managing ISO audits, whilst simultaneously ensuring that we keep abreast of industry best practice. He is also responsible for developing and implementing a customized online training platform that facilitates continuous personal development for staff. His extensive experience and leadership ensure that the organisation maintains high standards of compliance and professional growth.

Biography
Stephen completed 13 distinguished years in the Royal Navy, leaving with the rank of Petty Officer. During his naval career, he held multiple leadership positions and accumulated significant experience in challenging operational environments.
After transitioning to the security sector, Stephen initially took on dual roles as an operative and educator. In the operational capacity, he gained extensive experience across various disciplines, eventually advancing to the position of Senior Event Security Manager. In this role, he was frequently responsible for overseeing events with several hundred staff members.
As an educator, Stephen spent several years teaching SIA-approved courses in the UK, leveraging his extensive experience to train and develop security personnel. His background in both leadership and education underpins his effective management and training of security teams in diverse settings.

Biography
A former military pilot, Sam has over 30 years’ experience as a security and risk management specialist, including a role within the United Nations Department of Safety & Security. With an MSc in safety and risk management, his operational pedigree is backed by academic expertise.The International Police Corporation for Public Security awarded him the honorary rank of Colonel for his exceptional contributions to countering terrorism and organized crime. Sam currently serves as the International Relations Director for the Professional Security and Safety Alliance (PSSA), supported by SIRA in Dubai, UAE.
