Induction Training – Duration: – 1 Week (Full-time)

SIRA Training Program – Duration: 5 Days Mandatory Training

On-The-Job Training – Duration: 2 Days

Before being assigned to sites, security guards who have successfully completed their SIRA training participate in an additional two-day on-the-job training alongside experienced guards.
